1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jpya9 platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who access games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional features. The jpya9 platform is operated for the entertainment of adult players based in Bangladesh who access the service voluntarily and in full knowledge of the nature of online gambling.

By completing the registration process and creating a jpya9 account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited; (c) the information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) you are the individual whose details have been submitted and you are not registering on behalf of another person.

jpya9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes that adversely affect registered players' rights will be communicated to the email address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of jpya9 following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The jpya9 platform is made available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these criteria at any point during your use of the platform entitles jpya9 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. jpya9 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• Identity: You must be a real, living individual. Registrations made by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any non-natural legal entity are not permitted.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on jpya 9. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses or payment methods are used.
• Mental capacity: You must be acting of your own free will and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Not a jpya9 employee: Current employees of jpya9, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, software providers, and payment processors are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

2.1 Age Verification Process

jpya9 uses an identity verification process at the point of registration and again before processing any withdrawal request. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of address where required. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, sports betting, and payment services on jpya9, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration form requires you to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and for notifying jpya9 promptly of any changes.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will set a username and password that together form your account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jpya9 immediately at [email protected]. jpya9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

jpya9 applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle:

• A clear, colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address (issued within the past three months)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet confirming ownership)
• A signed declaration form where requested for higher-value withdrawals

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time period specified in our communication to you will result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functionality until the documentation is received and reviewed.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to jpya9 during registration and throughout your account relationship is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including using a false name, fictitious address, or misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jpya9 supports a range of local and bank-based payment methods to ensure that players across Bangladesh can fund their accounts and receive their winnings conveniently and without unnecessary delay. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. jpya9 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of jpya9.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jpya9 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with our KYC policy. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jpya9 payments team within the timeframes published on the Payment page of this website. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Section 3.2 above. jpya9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where there are indicators of unusual account activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jpya9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and game stakes are all displayed in BDT. jpya9 does not support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

4.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting jpya9 support to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, jpya9 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, recover any bonus funds awarded in connection with the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jpya9 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is specified in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that you must place total bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. jpya9 encourages all players to read the specific wagering requirements for each offer before opting in.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have made a qualifying deposit and who are not subject to any account restriction or self-exclusion. jpya9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms, or limit its availability to specific player groups at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering conditions — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion details. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used or wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice or compensation.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on jpya9 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective game studio and are displayed within the game interface. By choosing to play any game on jpya9, you agree to the rules of that game as presented. jpya9 does not modify the underlying game rules of third-party studio titles.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jpya9 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type as published on the Cricket and sports betting sections of the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jpya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where the relevant sporting event has been cancelled, postponed, or affected by circumstances outside normal play. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to your account balance in full.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jpya9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profits artificially
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player game format
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using jpya9 for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming

6.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, jpya9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available server-side records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the relevant game round will be voided and the stake returned to your account. jpya9 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on your end during gameplay.

7. Responsible Gaming

jpya9 is committed to the responsible provision of online gaming services. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity and we actively work to prevent gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jpya9 players through their account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jpya9 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or jpya9 may close or suspend a jpya9 account. The circumstances and procedures governing each scenario are set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jpya9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, and any bonus funds will be forfeited in line with standard bonus terms. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jpya9

jpya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the bonus system
• Indicators of money laundering or other financial crimes
• Account access from a jurisdiction where jpya9 services are prohibited
• Conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward jpya9 staff

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance will be held securely and returned to the verified account holder if the investigation concludes in their favour. Where an account is permanently closed due to a proven breach, jpya9 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in accordance with the specific breach that has been identified.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. jpya9 will notify you by email to the registered address before any dormancy policy is applied. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant account will be held securely and made available to you upon your return and re-verification of identity.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jpya9's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other basis — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jpya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
